Your role
- As a Project Manager, you take full responsibility for the project, as well as for the planning and implementation of data-driven digital sales training in group and individual settings.
- You work with various client functions such as marketing, controlling or product management on effective ways to drive change in the business (e.g. by creating insightful steering dashboards to ensure data is collected and used effectively).
- You manage customer projects in direct cooperation with the executives and always focused on creating a new sales reality.
- You help people - regardless of their position and seniority - to think digitally and progressively in a sustainable way.
- You support >300 sales reps to improve their technical & sales skills for working in a new virtual world and to increase the performance of each salesperson.
- You develop new sales training and training materials for the "B2B salesperson of tomorrow".
- You are part of the Winsales leadership team and identify development opportunities in a progressive, systematic and routine manner.
Your profile
- You have several years of experience (+3 years) in management consulting/training or change management or you are a sales professional with experience (+5 years) in a B2B sales function with leadership tasks.
- Project management is one of your strengths and it is easy for you to keep several stakeholders on track without losing sight of the goal.
- Your empathetic personality, persuasive communication and excellent presentation skills enable you to make complex things simple.
- You are an expert in the design of PowerPoint decks and in the use of Microsoft Teams.
- You can perform basic data analysis with Microsoft Excel.

Your role
- Strategy: You support our clients in the development of sales strategies and the derivation of measures and project plans (potential topics: Sales Operating Model, Channel Strategy, Coverage Model, Sales Roles of the Future...etc.).
- Analytics: You take responsibility for analysis and reporting to provide stakeholders with transparency on relevant sales KPIs.
